The new 550 will be the first model based on the Porsche’s new sports car architecture. The two-seater will be very light, around 2600lbs. It can come with a manual folding roof and can reach 60mph from standstill in around 6.0 seconds, thanks to the lightweight. 
The model will be equipped with a turbocharged 1.6 liter, four-cylinder engine with 200 PS, meaning 147KW/197 HP. A six-speed manual will drive the rear wheels and the transmission control will include two types of gearboxes, one normal manual gearbox, and other PDK (Porsche’s Dual-clutch gearbox).
